Curious if anyone went yesterday, and if so, how were the prices. What was there, was it worth it.

Heckava crowd from what I saw from the interstate as I passed by.

I thought about going, but then decided it prob wasn't worth the trip. I seem to think I don't need anything...

Maybe

I'm about 2.5 hours from Columbia up I-26...is this a nice big gun show or is it small and goofy? If anybody has ever been let me know because if it's a good one I'd like to go when it comes around again. If it's small and goofy forget it because we have that here at the Asheville Civic Center.

dullh, the last one I went to there had 300 people in line just as they opened, judging by the vehicles I saw driving by Saturday, it was prob about the same.

It's one of those shows that if you have a good memory, you can spot the same stuff that has been there over and over.

I've found and seen a few deals there from time to time.

I wouldn't drive 2.5 hrs to go to it though. I considered going today, and didn't, and I'm only 30 minutes from it.

I think the one at the state fair grounds is better, Jamil temple gets extremely cramped.

I went today, and I guess it's fun to go and look around, and a good place to pick up some minor odds and ends, but most things were more expensive than the local stores. I saw lots of used guns marked higher than they cost new.

dullh, it's not horrible, but I sure wouldn't drive down. The show in Charlotte (Metrolina) is much better. Next show is the 25th (?). I'll probably ride up.

I live in SC, and the Jamil Temple is something I'd steer away from. You'll pay $5 to see stuff that you'd find at stores for a better price, and not to mention, there are some iffy dealers there as well. As mentioned above, the one at the fairgrounds is much better. I'm staying 15 minutes from it (temporarily) and I didn't find it worth the drive or the cost to get in.
