Let us all support the 2A this coming weekend. Once Obama lays out his EOs to the nation tomorrow, then its official we are being under attack. No more speculations, it s going to happen.

Dejavu 1994 Clinton Ban folks. It was about the AKs , SKSs and steel core ammo from China. Now its the ARs and high cap mags all made in the good ole US of A.

Then don't participate.
I'll run down to the local, (excellent), range with rifle and camera, and see who showed up...but I will have to be early, might miss some people coming out after lunch.

I'm going, my Wife is going, my Mother is going, my Daughters are going..........not sure if I'm bringing the dog yet but she's still pretty sour about what happened in New York.

Now, what to put on my protest sign?

If I didn't have to work, I would be on the road to Santa Fe, which is about a four hour drive unless the weather is bad. So all of you that live in the smaller states back east better get in your cars and take a friend or two.

"Bought a gun and ammo this morning"

Hi BMG102.... I see this is your first post. Was this your first firearm purchase?

Couldn't make it to the state capital but went to local gun shop to buy lots of accessories and show support. Was pleasantly surprised to see lots of folks in there hanging out and having discussions. Almost everybody knew it was "gun appreciation day" , i think we will have a great turnout today across the country

Couldn't get to the capitol, but made it a point to run my errands today with my 1911 on my hip exposed. Got some stares, but more handshakes than anything. It is funny how no one was alarmed by it with all the media clamoring about popular fear of guns. I got a few questions about it all of which were polite. My kids thought it odd for me to carry at all much less open.
