Jennings Bryco made to perform

A buddy of mine once asked me if I knew how to "take down" a Jennings/Bryco 380? My response was yes,"you take it down to the nearest lake and throw it as far as you can.

My plan was to solicit input from owners but hear-say is good too.

Well, just between you, me, and the fencepost, I owned a Jennings Nine before, about ten or eleven years ago, when I was first really getting into handguns. Can't recollect that it went a whole mag without jamming; I got a lot of good malfunction clearance practice in before I traded up to a Ruger P91DAO.
