I just bought a ammo can ( plastic ) of 1600 rounds of 40gr CCI mini mags for $108.49 ( $99.99 + $8.50 sales tax ) from my local Gander MT. That works out to aprox 6.8 cents a round.

Reasonable price, too much or bargain?

Thanks

JJ

$0.06 / rd is what I was paying for CCI mini mags / 100 at Wally World 4-6 months ago so I would say you nailed a HECK of a deal given current availability and prices. Congrats. I'm off to check gander mt online! Lol

Sure glad I stocked up last time California tried to stop mail order/internet sales. In December 2010 I paid $154 for a case of 5K Federal Lightning delivered. I haven't even looked, as I understand it is still hard to find. Ammo & gasoline, the prices just keep climbing.

$6-$7 per hundred is about what they've been going for here for quite a while, so that sounds about right. That's about twice the price of the Federal Champion bulk pack stuff I usually plink with, but I haven't seen any Fereral .22s in stock for the past couple of months.

That sounds like a deal. Gander got in a shipment a little while ago apparently, was able to buy some online about 2 weeks ago and had it shipped. They had both AR Tactical 22 ammo and the troy landry "choot em" mini mags.

Got 2 bricks of each for about $27 or so if I recall correctly.

~$7 for a plastic 100 pack of CCI mini-mags was pretty normal around here before the craziness.

When you can find them at Walmart, CCI MiniMags are going for $7.67/100 pack. I think you did just fine.
