I knew that the 30 round Ruger Mini 14 magazines were running about $50 a little while ago, but recently I could've sworn I saw some for around $35 but I couldn't remember where. I surfed over to www.gtdist.com and found them for $34.95. I've just received some gift money and decided it was time to get factory mags for my Mini-14. I've always bought after-market mags before and the quality veried from good to poor.

I don't know if it's more common to find the lower price but I thought if someone is looking for these, I'd help provide an option. The original $50 price was way too high for me.

NOTE: I am not an employee of nor am I being compensated by GT Distributors for this thread.

Another vote for CDNN, which has had Ruger factory mags at $24.99 for 20rd and $29.99 for 30rd for months now.

BTW, TAPCO is coming out with a Mini-14 mag any day now and it will probably be better than the other aftermarket options.

I'd stick with the factory magazines, NO aftermarket manufacturer has yet produced a reliable Mini-14 magazine in the last 30 years...

Pre-AWB PMIs are generally as good as Ruger factory mags.
