I just got my LCP now I need to choose SD ammo. What works good in the LCP.I was thinking HYDRA-SHOKS
I also need a pocket holster

I found my nest gun also I was thinking Glock 26 or XD-9 sub compact but after seeing the CZ rami I know thats what I want next

desantis.com for a super pocket holster.

The desantis nemisus is the most popular pocket holster for the lcp. the defense ammo is ur choice to make. they are all good, what you must get first though is 100% reliability from any defense round

Where did you get it for that price?
I only saw 2 at Shoot Straight for retail $499. I heard they were doing them for $425 if asked.

I've run hydrashoks, starfires, golddots and fiocchi JHP's through mine. Along with a few hundred rounds of WWB flat point FMJ.

All have performed 100% and all shot to the same POA at 7 yards.

That's the retail price. No way would I pay above that. I bought one several months ago for $269. (I've since sold it)
Wait a few months for the LCP to become more available and the bottom feeders will disappear.

I was quoted $299 @ the local gun shop, that is when they have them in.

The whole world says they sell the LCP for $299 but not one shop can actually fill orders at that price yet. Had mine two months but paid $330, only took two days from a high volume dealer.

Check out Buffalo Bore's +P loads for SD (buffalobore.com).

For the ultimate in pocket experience try the DeSantis Superfly, same as Nemesis but with a nice removable flap that helps the imprint look even more like a wallet. I don't care how much pocket lint you have, this darn thing will let go of the gun no matter what and stay put.

Shoot Straight has a large inventory and really great sales staff, so it's a good place to look. However, their prices are the highest around, so I buy elsewhere.

I got mine at the Lakeland show a while back, private sale, for $280 OTD with an extra mag. The gun has been flawless for over 800 rounds.

Fired and functioned with all sorts of different types of ammo, Speer GD, Winchester SXT, Corbon PP and DPX, Fiocchi FMJ and HP, PMC, WWB and Rem GS and others.

After reading tests, and "unoffical tests"

I went with Remington Golden sabers, the heaviest bullet, functions well and has decent penetration and expansion.

My second choice would be Corbon PP rounds (not DPX).

Shoot straight was very high one other place had them for 450.
I got mine within the first 30 min of the doors opening. They had 3 and sold them all within 30 min.
Shoot strait was also high on a CZ RAMI I wanted. They wanted 599

I got mine from A-1 Tactical Ordnance (727-525-5513)
http://a-1firearms.com/

They were the only one selling them for MSRP everyone else was really riping people off.

Here my new LCP
Still need to buy hollow points
