It's not too often I disagree with you but what the hey.I don't have any problem with the Rose deal, I DO have a big problem with .380 tho. The .380 is more expensive than 9mmx19 ,and MUCH MUCH harder to get and will always be. The lighter 9mm loads ar almost the equal of recoil to a .380. and most .380s are not fully locked breech so kick as hard or have lightened slides and springs which make them snappier. .380 is a poor choice in any handgun purchase IMHO unless you find some used one that blows up your skirt for some odd reason . The .30 carry makes more sense until it turns up unobtainium for ammo in the future, the 9x19 never will. If a person can't handle the 9x19 recoil , get a .38 special revolver and shoot wad cutters or the 130 grain wimpy military load that's every place
Today there are quite a few newer .380 pistols that I find easy to load and rack and maintain as well as pretty much pussy cats when it comes to recoil and still really accurate and easy to return to POA.
Of ones I own or owned:
S&W 380EZ.
Ruger Security 380.
Walther CCP M2+.
Walther First Edition PPK380.
And ones I've shot:
Sig P365-380.
Sig 238.
Walther PD380.
Yes, ammo is more expensive but realistically a recreational diet of .380 ammo is still far less expensive than golf or tennis or skiing or sail boats or sports cars or ...
