I asked about this a while back, when I found it at G&J, today I found that SOG is selling them also http://www.southernohiogun.com/products.html
So dose anyone know who makes them, etc. ?

With a price like this, there has to be a catch.

I'd suggest you contact the distributors and ask them for more information. I haven't seen anything on the Internet that would identify them. My guess is that they're either Russian, or Turkish, or Brazilian production.

they are either russian (Baikal or similar) or they're Norincoes, and based on the looks of the hammers i'm betting Norinco, since the russian made "hammer" SxSs have external cocking pieces not real hammers
