Satisfied PM9 Kahr owner here. Never any issues with about 2200 rounds through it. I carry it with the extended mag on a belt holster, or with the 6rnd mag in my back pocket where my wallet would be. I recently put on a CT laser for any nite time use. Sometimes I even ankle carry. This gun is very easy to dress around.
For me, the Kahr is easier to shoot accurately than an airweight 38 and manages recoil pretty well for such a small pistol.
