Greywolf was selling these cool T-Shirts back in the summer ... not sure if he's going to run them again (looks like he hasn't posted here since September ... not sure but he may be overseas or something).

heh,,,

i got the SO one and she forgot she had it on and wore it to the local market where all the soccer moms go...

she reported many strange looks from the sheeple

During his last order, Greywolf said he was returning to college full time and that order would be it for a while. Maybe he'll come back during summer break.

If anyone knows how to contact him it would be really easy to get the image from him and run it on CafePress. I hereby volunteer to do so with no markup.

I just got a PM response from Greywolf. He had to stop doing the shirts when Sanrio threatened him for copyright infringement or something like that.

Sanrio has some very odd ideas about merchandising. (do not click if you are easily offended)

What a shame, I was hoping to get one of those shirts. I still have the logo but it's way too small.

Ok..so we can't get one through Greywolf. But wifey wants one as well.

What options are left? Would there be a copy right infringement if someone made it for personal use and not for sale? Any idea on the costs of having a silkscreen shop setup and print an image?

<stifling laughter> You don't say? :D :uhoh: :scrutiny:

Yet they object to a little picture of a kitty with a Kalshnikov?

Whatever.

I might actually have to try out one of those iron-on transfer kits!

The Japanese and many Asians can have a more natural outlook on the private pursuit of personal sensuality -- there isn't necessarily a Western, puritan shame in it, weighted unfairly against females.

Copyright infringement is copyright infringement, and it doesn't help that Japan is so anti-gun, or else there might have been some possibility of lucrative cooperation between Sanrio and Greywolf.
