Sept 17 and 18 Millcreek Rifle Club in Desoto Kansas will host the Kansas State Service Rifle Championships. On Saturday Sept 17 we will have the actual championships. On Sunday Sept 18 we will shoot the Leg match followed by the Garand match.
Firing starts at 8:00 am on Saturday. Following the competition we will have the awards ceremony after which we will have a raffle for MANY prizes. Last year we gave away over $5000 worth of prizes including a CZ rifle, a AR-15 Billet lower, top of the line Bushnell scopes, processed brass, discount certificate for Leupold and Burris Scopes, Sierra Bullets and Lapua Bullets and Brass. About half the guys walked away with a prize or two!
Following the raffle we will have a competitor dinner - the best part is - its on us! Competitors eat for free!
On Sunday we will start shooting the Leg match at 7:30 am. Two legs are usually given away. Finally, after the leg match the Garand match will follow.
