KBI customer service!

    Have a Charles Daly DDA 10-40/45 that I needed a recoil spring, slide stop and spring that holds the slide stop. Looked at all the other sources no luck, they haven't sold this gun in a long time so called KBI and they have the parts ordered them and all with some effort as the parts are not listed in the reps catalog. He went and looked and handled all with professionally. Thanks Charles Daly.

    There's a long running thread here started and maintained by an executive at Charles Daly.. I think it's something like "Charles Daly wants to hear from you". You might want to reply there and say thank you.

    I've only had to deal with them once and it was on a KBI PJK-9HP. They were really good. The PJK-9HP is a really under rated pistol BTW.

    I have sent something twice to them (sperate guns for seperate reasons) and each time I got them back within a week.
