My local shop finally called - they got one in. I picked it up at lunch, paid $250 for it. Checked it over, made sure it was lubed correctly, then put 50 Winchester Silvertip 85gr through it. No malfunctions at all; very easy to control (like its little brother the .32). I just had the target at four yards and after the first mag was able to keep them within four inches rapid fire.

The difference in size between it and the .32 is negligible; in fact, I had been carrying my 32 in the Hedley Holster made for the .380 and the fit is very nearly the same. Just a tiny bit tighter with the .380.

I think KT has a winner with this one!

Kewl! :D

I'm glad to hear another positive report on the .380... my dealer is still waiting on the three he ordered. {sigh}

Looks like a must-have to me. I have the KT .32 and 9MM. The .380s will probably show up at our Nashville area gunshows soon.

I hope good reviews keep rolling in. The P-3AT is on my list pending positive reviews. Thanks for the review. Let us know how it holds up.

Great to hear its working, let us know how it holds up after 400-500 rounds. It is a great design and a great idea but I have my doubts about Kel-Tec products after having a P-32 that jammed and broke. If the P3-AT is a little beefier, it just might stand up better.
