Guys,
For those of you who own this holster and spend time in the woods-will it fit over winter clothing?When I'm hiking in the winter, typically have a base layer, and fleece with hard shell, or lined winter coat. I'm not a big guy, chest measurement is about 44 inches, and with a bulky winter coat on can be as much as 49-50 inches.
I checked the Gunfighter website, but no specs are listed on chest sizes, and all the photos show guys wearing a flannel shirt or thin shell in the outdoors.
Will it work for winter clothing?
Conversely, can it be cinched down to a snug fit when I'm only wearing a T-shirt in the woods during the summer?
As a side note, I've already researched the Simply Rugged Chesty Puller set up, but it won't work for me since my winter wear coats/shells extends below my hip and would cover the belt needed to secure the rig with.
