Kimber 1911 Rimfire pistols

I have the Kimber 22lr conversion for my milspec. It works ok, is semi tolerant of just about any 22lr ammo that I've put through it. Actually being that it averages about one non fire per 2-3 mags, it's exposed some of my poor trigger habits, which to me is a good thing. The slide does not lock back after the last round.

Hope this helps,
Mike

Look at the Advantage Arms kits for your 1911. The slide locks back on an empty mag.
I have one on order for my 1911 and currently have two for my glocks. Lovem and so do most of my students.

Btw , i see theres a new product of Smith and Wesson MP 22, looks cool? Almost all makers are getting into the bandwagon as the market demands for it as ammo cost skyrocketed. This one holds the slide back after last round and mag is 12 rds.

The GSG is decent, costs about the same as most conversion kits but it's a whole gun and that's pretty much why I went that direction.

I've got the Kimber conversion kit for my CDP PRO that is fair in accuracy! If I had it to do all over...I would not have bought it. Fit isn't great. Rubs on the tip of the hammer on the way back...and accuracy sucks! Therefore..it sits in my safe..all alone while the other boys go on field trips to the range.
