Knee replaced today, gonna catch up on gun stuff. What do you do when your cooped up in house.

My favorite cooped-up shooting hobby: indoor air rifle or air pistol shooting.

You can get into it cheap with a Beeman P17 pistol. It's an extremely accurate one-pump pneumatic with an incredible trigger. It will literally put the pellets in one ragged hole at 10 meters. (Beeman claims they're capable of a .20" group and it's very true in the case of the two P17s I have.)

The best part? They cost about fifty bucks. They were thirty when I bought mine. I use one with the open sights that came on it and have a 2x scope on the other one.
That sounds very interesting. What pellets do you shoot for best accuracy?

When I had my knees replace, in 2013, 2014, I had big reloading, shooting plans, but I couldn't stay sitting up very long, for the swelling. I spent 6 to 8 hrs a day, for therapy ect, and rest.
I found out you won't get well sitting in a chair, or not getting proper rest.
By the time I got well it was time to go back to work. It worked out well, I can walk just about anywhere,. It sure wasn't fun, going thru that, things are better now for recovery .
Good luck!

Have you had the time to spend on your shooting sticks as you had hoped? Glad to hear your recovering well, and you have the support. That's most important. Thanks for keeping us posted, we were pulling for ya!
