I'm a little confused about the knob on this Leupold MK AR Mod 1.
Why do they put the 223 info on there? A mil is a mil and .1 mil is .1 mils, so the round makes no bearing on the adjustments, right?

Because the turret is marked in range as well as MOA. Look at the side.

Aha! Thank you. I hadn't looked that closely at it. I guess I needed to put on my spectacles.

I cheated. I have the same scope and always look at it from behind the gun, rarely from on top.

I took this thing on a trade a while back and just stuck it on a 22. It seems like it would work well on there but I couldn't figure that out!
