Hi. I had this sling for my 870 and loved it:

I am getting ready to attach a Knoxx Specops stock:

It has a swivel stud and a slot for a strap type sling attachment like a CAR stock does (2nd pic):

Seems like the easiest thing to do would be to get an Uncle Mikes loop, attach it to the Specops swivel stud, keep my current sling on the gun and be done with it.

However, the Specops sling stud is not on the side, but the bottom, which would cause the gun to roll instead of laying flat agains the torso.

This makes me want to attach using the slot. Where can I find a simple 3 point tactical sling for an 870 with a Knoxx Specops? I am partial to Specter, but something like it would be OK.

I might contact Specter and see if I can just get the rear adapter to fit the CAR type stocks, which will prolly fit the Knoxx.

I have this one:

I got mine here.

I emailed specter about getting a wrap strap for the new stock.

In the meantime, I ordered some 1" black webbing and sewable velcro patches. I can make a wrap strap, so I will be able to keep this sling on the gun.

:)

Problem solved.

I use a single point that I made out of 1" nylon web. I also have a 3 point that I use on my AR. I like the single point, easy to use very simple. If you want a pic of my setup let me know.

Prob with a single point is that the specops won't allow for an attachment point where the stock meets receiver.
