It may be worth looking at the ASR from TNW. $700ish for a 10mm rifle that takes g20 magazines. It is a fairly conventional design with an AR collapsible stock.

It happens to have an easily removable (no tools required) barrel and you can buy the parts to convert it to several other semi-auto cartridges.

What about the Mech-Tech CCU? You can use a host pistol frame and they make 10mm barrels.
If I owned a GLOCK, or any other 10mm that Mech-Tech makes carbine uppers for, I'd definitely give this some serious thought. But I don't. I don't really want a 10mm 1911, or a GLOCK of any kind. I don't like GLOCKS at all, and have no intention of ever owning one.

But it's a good option for those that already have a 10mm pistol.

This has merit, and I'm going to do some homework.

Just bumping this incase anyone has had any experience in the last few months. I'm still really interested in bringing one of these home.

I guess I'm interested to know if the height of the sights above the barrel is a problem at all?

I've been looking at these. Looks like a conversion to an SBR could easily be made if you had the stamp. Lots of options there.

Woo Hoo!!!!! I just discovered that Cabela's now carries the Kriss CRB in 10mm. Guess I know where my $775 worth of points are going!
