I purchased two from the Kukri House in Pakistan. They had a
great website but I haven't gone to it in a while. One was
a standard size, the other was custom made for me. According
to the owner (retired Ghurka), it takes 3 guys 4 days to knock out
a knife. As funny as this may sound, they prefer using old railroad
track for their steel, something about the weight and friction of
the trains making it better steel. I love mine and they really
hold an edge. The prices were incredible.
