Kydex Holster Making - Question

I see that a lot of Kydex Holsters...homemade or otherwise...are put together with what looks like a screw with a sort of washer down in which the screw head fits...not a flat washer at all...looks kind of like a grommet.

What are these things called? I do a lot of leather work and use Chicago Screws a lot and I want to try something new but I don't know what even to look for.

What I see a lot of is hollow eyelets holding things together.

Chicago screws to provide tension adjustment, and to attach belt loops and such.
They provide more strength then eyelets.
And you can't get inside a holster to set them anyways.

HoosierQ: Those are cup washers - available at most hardware stores. Black ones may be found at McMaster-Carr, I believe.
