This past weekend I went to a gun show (Pasadena, Texas) and encountered a firearm I hadn't known about before, a Lancaster AK-47. The package sounded great:
Armory USA receiver
16 inch chrome lined barrel
Threaded barrel with slant brake
Bayonet lug
Tapco G2 fire control
Well finished wood furniture set
Parkerized base finish w/epoxy Gun-Kote
Rifle head spaced & test fired at factory
recoil buffer installed
1 - 30 round mag
Comes with rifle case
Lifetime factory warranty
for $499, new. Definitely competitive when compared to Arsenal and Vector prices, if...
A little checking around the 'net yielded some positives, and quite a few negatives regarding quality control. So, do any of y'all have any recent experience with, or knowledge of, these rifles?
