Lapua Midas M or Midas L - difference?

What's the difference between Lapua's Midas M and Midas L .22 LR ammunition? According to the spec sheet on their website, they're identical. Same bullet weight, same ballistics.

I've got an old Mossberg 142A that absolutely loves this stuff. With Federal bulk, I get three-inch groups at 25 yards; with the Lapua it's maybe 3/4 inch. I've tried it with the Midas L, but not the M.

Anyone know what's different?

I think it's bullet diameter. They vary by a couple thousandths of an inch. The idea is to get a bullet that matches the exact diameter of your bore. This affects the accuracy. Try both.
