Laser Grips for CCW

I'm thinking about getting a set of CT Laser Grips for my Kahr K9. I carry it IWB in a Don Hume holster. I was wondering if anyone here has a similar setup and can give their thoughts on it.

Will the grips affect holstering at all?

Will the tight fit of IWB carry activate the laser inadvertently?

Are these grips a significantly different width/feel than the factory grips?

i keep my grips on off till i draw you can fire off a round first if need be i have them on my beretta92 fs my cz40p and my 357 taurus 651 ti i carry the 651 all the time i mostly carry it in my mika pocket holster now was carrieing it in iwb i do carry my cz iwb but grips are off till i need to draw hope this helps
