laser & light combo recommendations for a pistol

I've got a buddy with an HK usp compact that he wants a flashlight/laser combo gizmo for. something like this http://www.insighttechgear.com/products-x2l.htm

any other suggestions for a decent product? (I'm not trying to debate the merits of such a setup, it's what he wants.)

I've recently went with the Streamlight TLR-2 Tac light/Laser on my Beretta .40 after doing a little research. They were always a well rated tac light/ laser, but they've upgraded their LED to the newer C-4 technology which is even brighter. Its now rated at up to 160 lumens. Also, no tools needed to mount or dismount from the firearm, and it only takes about 3 to 5 seconds. I've had in on the gun now for about three months with no issues.

if you want to be able to take the light/laser off and on regularly with ease i would say go with the streamlight m6, but if you want it to be on a dedicated hd/ low light capable gun all the time, i would say go with the TLR-2.

both are great lights, it just depends on what your needs are for which would work best for you.
