Hello,
I would like responses from those that have/ handled both an LCP WITH THE LASERMAX and the P3AT.
I just purchased an LCP with the lasermax.
I have a P3AT as well.

It seems like the lasermax shortens the grip at the front strap due to the way it attaches.
*Do you find that the mag extension helps with the hold?

*Do you think that the P3at allows more fingers on the grip in comparison.

The LCP seems to recoil a bit softer but still has similar triggerfinger lash compared with the P3AT.

*your opinion?
Thanks!

I prefer the P3AT for one reason only,The trigger on the LCP breaks to far back for me and I dont shoot it as well.

I don't know if Ruger offers something like it, but the Kel-Tec extended 9-round magazine, or the Pierce extended magazine floorplate that increases capacity to 7 rounds, both add enough additional grip area for your fingers to make the little gun a LOT more controlable and easier to shoot.

Thanks for thereplies; learning to get abetter grip on the LCP. I like the laser!

I used this +1 accessory on my P3AT when I had it, and I agree it was a great accessory. It allowed me to curl the pinkie finger under the grip slightly, which felt better for me than the Ruger mag extension, AND it gave me one more round.

I put the LaserLyte red dot on my LCP, and it's perfect for me. No extra bulk, it's very slim and works well in the pocket holster.
