lead bullet accuracy

My cast bullet gun is an Interarms MK X Mauser in 30-06. That is a good caliber for cast bullets because of the long neck. It has a large bore and throat. My best load is an LBT 209 gr. gas checked spire point sized to .313. Lubed with LBT soft blue, it is MOA with 28 grs. of H4895. For hunting, I use a NOE 3111041 clone, GC, Lyman #2 lubed with LBT blue bumped up to .313. It is a deadly 200 yard deer load and 2 MOA accurate with 32 grs. H4895.

For "blammo", I shoot Lee 312-155 gr. plain based and coated with hitek over 16 grs. of 2400. It is range fun and low recoil and will ring steel up to 300 yards if you know how to hold.

I tried for years to get accurate powder coat loads. Under 1,000 fps, this is possible, but I cannot get decent accuracy at hunting velocities, 1700fps or above.
