Leather IWB holster help

I have a Comp-tac Minotaur hybrid IWB holster. The back it pretty smooth so when I wear it it tends to slide down quite a bit, I alway wear an under shirt when I carry so that might make it worse.

Does any one know of a spray I can apply that is leather safe but will also retain a tacky surface. I saw some 3M adhesive spray but worry that it will dry and lose the tack, I know I can reapply but worry it will start to layer after awhile.

Any help of any fashion would be great

the under shirt is probably the problem. they are made with the rough side of the leather to your skin so they should not slide around.

maybe a better belt that wont sag? I'd avoid anything actually sticky like glue or duct tape.

I scruff up the leather a bit with coarse sand paper when I have this problem. Usually helps.

I'd also make the leather rougher

Obenauf's LP might help, I apply it to my holsters liberally, it makes them more waterproof but also just a bit waxy/tacky.
