I started reloading in August of 2006 with a Lee Anniversary Kit. I reload for 357 mag and 32 H&R mag. I like the set up and think it fits me great. Have so far reloaded about 3,000 rounds.

Another quick question:

What is involved in reloading shotgun shells versus metallic cartridges? Can I do this with a single stage press? Would it be much to annoying? Should I wait until I decide if I want to get a progressive or a turret press to consider reloading shotgun shells?

The process is pretty well the same, only cleaner (no lubing of cases), but I think there are only 1, maybe 2 manufacturers that offer a shotshell option on their presses. I found it a lot easier to get a used MEC 600 Jr for shotshells, even though factory loads are so cheap now that it's doubtful you can actually save money on reloading them (but I like the idea of being able to make your own if you ever run out). The MECs are sort of turret-like, where you move the shell being loaded around through the various stations, and the hardest part can sometimes be finding the right "recipe" so that everything turns out right and crimped to the proper length (an adjustable powder/shot charge bar helps with this).
