Alright...bear with me.

I have various single stage presses and the Lee Hand Press. I have always wanted to get the Classic Loader where you use the hammer and beat the ammo together(I know, not beat). Why? Just because. I thought maybe keeping one in the range bag for the giving caliber or at the hunting camp, etc. would be a novel idea. I just think its neat. They are cheap enough! Am I totally goofy here or what? Opinions! Flames! lets hear 'em.

A friend of mine has been using that for years and his rounds do just as well as any I have seen. I say do it....it's one more thing to add to the hobby.

Maybe I can start a trend. Heck my non-shooting friends think that I am already half crazy. Wait to they stop over and see me beating some shells with a hammer, they'll think I really flipped my lid!!!
Thanks.

Go ahead, try it. They're cheap enough, especially if you go the Ebay route.

For taking up only a little more space, the Lee Hand Press is much faster and much more flexible.

I have a bunch of them

Dont use them much but I like them

Me too, I have quite a collection actually with many that haven't been made in many years. They may be worth something someday.

35 Remington
375 Winchester
300 Weatherby Mag
218 Bee
25/20 Winchester
225 Winchester
7mm O8 Remington
222 Remington
300 Win Mag
25/06 Remington
a few other odd ones I can't think of

and many that are still in production.

Your not crazy. I started with one, Lee is very smart they offer you a taste really cheap, they know you will get hooked and buy more.

Buying one after you already have all the gear, they know it appeals to the minimalist & survivalist side of us. They are so cheap you might as well pick one up.

It's the only thing I use to reload my Winchester 94 in .32 Win Special. I paid $10 for it. Works every time and I can reload 20 rounds in a bout 20 minutes. (Which is about all I shoot it in month.)

Heck I've been looking for one for .410 shotgun for while now.

Goforit.

Looking for Lee loader in 35 rem

Hello, I recently aquired a Rem 81 in 35 rem. I would love to find a lee loader in that caliber. Does any have one they would like to sell, or if they know where I could find discontinued lee loaders. Thanks, DB
