Lee Classic Turret and older 3 hole Turrets?

I'm wondering if the Lee 3-hole turrets for the Pro 1000 and 3-hole turret press work on the Classic Turret. Since I have three die sets for some of the cartridges and no real desire to buy factory crimp dies, or other dies for those, it would be nice to have the option of using a 3-hole turret. Anyone know?

The turrets will fit--but you will need the correct indexing bar.

The pro 1000 doesn't have a turret, it has a shell plate that rotates and the dies are stationary.

Rusty, the Pro 1000 does have the same turret die plate as the 3 hole turret press. They are interchangeable. You can take a die turret out of the Pro 1000 and put it right into the 3 hole turret press.

The 3-hole turret will not index correctly on the classic turret, and it will rotate the other way (the placement of the dies is reversed)
