not another Lee question from Bender again...
I'm thinking about getting a few of these sets for some of my old milsurp bolt guns. I have a 303 and an 8mm Mauser that are the only rifles I own in those 2 calibers. So I thought I could try out the "neck-size only" collet die set from Lee.
My question isn't about the neck size die, I understand how that works, my question is regarding the "dead length" seater die.
I'm not sure what the benefit of this is, or even what the diff is between a regular seater die... And does it even crimp, or do I need a factory crimp die also...?
thanks for any comments about these sets.
