No, since the cartridge lengths are different being that the -06 is longer, 2.4940" vs 2.0150" the collet fingers will be closing above the neck of a .308 Win.
Factory Crimp Dies are cartridge specific. The only way in which one caliber can be used for another is if the two calibers share bullet dieameter and trim length exactly. Factory Crimp dies generally use about .050 of the case to apply the crimp so any difference in the trim length between the cartridges comes off that amount.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding "exactly the same trim length." I'm using a .38 special Lee FCD to crimp .357, and I don't see any problem. As Steve C pointed out, going the other way can be a problem.
