lee priming tool

I use a Lee hand priming tool to make my rubber practice rounds for my .45.. Only problem I've ever had with it is I tried to seat a large magnum pistol primer in a Blazer .45ACP case (the blazer cases use small primers, not large). It wouldn't go, so I figured I just didn't clean out the primer pocket well enough, so I gave it a good squeeze and nearly peed myself when the primer blew, sending a spout of flame up out of the case.:rolleyes:

that's why i always wear safety glasses when handloading. haven't had that problem, yet, but ya never know!

Uh, don't think we can blame the priming tool for that one. But dang those SP .45s are getting more common.
