LEE XR Priming Tool problem fixed

Some time ago Lee sent me new trays for my XR priming tool. These new square trays worked ok to start with but soon became a problem. For some reason the lid would spring up during priming and the primers in the tray would get jammed. I experienced primers ala floor and bench. I was jury rigging the lids with clothes pins and rubber bands.
After calling a nice lady at Lee and relating my problem, she told me she is sending, free of charge, a primer tray conversion kit for the tool. I have installed the kit, but have not used it yet. Looking forward to painless priming.
If you have an XR with square trays, call Lee right away. Warranty is 2 years.

I'm happy Lee took care of you. I have had great great experience with them. That being said, that conversion kit does not work for me at all. I bought another of the older hand primers because it just kept breaking. I'm hoping they go back to a better hand priming time for me.
