I have a Lee 6 Pack on the way, which will be my first rifle/pistol progressive. I have Hornady dies now for 9mm/10mm/357sig, so I was planning on using the Lee charging dies, as I don’t have pass through expanders for the Lee Auto Drum. Lee’s info though reads that the smallest case you can use with the charging dies are .86”, so 9mm is too short. Does that mean I have no option for 9mm other than ordering a 9mm Lee Powder through expanding die and expand with that rather than the Hornady? Then order caliber specifics for 357 and 10 too? Or would a 9mm expander work ok for just charging the others if I don’t set it low enough to expand 357?
