I need to know the length of one of the three steel rods connecting the turret housing to the base. (Part# TP 2106) No disassembly required. I'm interested in the length of the round part of the rod that is not threaded. Would someone measure this for me, please?
 
glad to be of service. I didn't even have to take mine apart. I had a spare post from when I did a 3 hole to 4 hole conversion.
