Yes - you can get the four hole turret section from Lee and it will install fine - but - if you want to auto index then you must have the relevant twisted rod deal etc to suit.

I bought a four to use but as yet have not gotten around to it! My #4 op' is usually FCD and this sits in another single stage.

I stayed with the 3 hole version.

I looked at adding the four hole conversion to my turret press, but instead stayed with the 3 hole version and just use the single stage Lee press I got "free" with the reloading manual for the crimp, when needed.

I have enough trouble keeping the 3 hole indexed properly when I'm doing a batch.

Lee Turret Press

Not wishing to take this conversation too far from the title, but there is a Redding turret, model 25, on eBay, with a bid of $51.00, and less than two days to go. The 25 has 6 holes, as I recall. And for the record, I am not the seller, though I do have it on my watch list, and am contemplating esniping it to add to my bench.
While spending that amount might crimp a tight reloading budget, I would think the inherent quality would be worth the financial outlay. And while I would not want to compete with any more people than I already will for it, I would rather see one of y'all acquire it than someone not in our circle, as it is.

The four hole has it's index timing built into the rod and doensn't need adjustment. It's nice because it's set regardless of how many times the index rod is inserted / removed.

I've been using a Turret Press since about 1990 and still have the same one. Many people talk about it being a "beginner" press but I've never felt the actual need to upgrade since it does 250 handgun rounds an hour and then can be used as a single stage for rifle. I did since buy a progressive and while it works great, I can't really say I needed one that will produce 1000+ rounds an hour. What can I say, it's a toy.
