Walther P5.

I shot one the other day and had to go hunting for the cases to the left of where I was standing. The owner wanted the brass back, according to him .30 Luger brass is worth it's weight in gold...

Left handed Randall 1911 :)

It's been a while since I shot my P08 9mm Luger, but I seem to recall the brass going straight up and usually bouncing off my hat, some of these went left :)

That's about it, with one modern addition;

Walther P5 and P5 Compact.

Randall Portsider and subsequent copies made by MS Safari Arms.

Dlask Arms Corp. 1911 left-handed pistol (http://www.dlask.com/1911-11p1.htm).

Actually, whether case ejection is left or right matters little to the handgun shooter, so long as the brass doesn't hit him!

I'd bet since most shooters are right handed, a right side ejection gave a bit more margin for not hitting the shooter in the face when fired "instinctively" from the hip
in close quarters.

My P3AT will often wizz the brass just over my right shoulder when I do instinctive shooting practice -- if it had left hand ejection these would likely be right in the kisser!
