Believe it or not, a "lemon squeezer" was originally (ready for this?) a lemon squeezer. It was a gadget that was held in the hand and used to squeeze the juice out of a half lemon.

This one is a 38 Safety Hammerless, Third Model, shipped from the factory between 1894 to 1896
Picked it up at a gun show a couple years ago.
It's all tight, and the bore isn't bad
Yup mine was refinished somewhere along the way. But even with some of the soft edges and dished screw holes it still looks really great. Whoever cut it down did it professionally. I was more than happy to pay $350 for it from a member of the S&W forum.
