I've been watching some this season, but I lost interest way back in season 1 when Jack's wife simply fainted and lost her memory.

I understand there was an episode at some point during the last couple of years also when they went on a serious anti-gun rant.

I don't know any survivors of real world SHTF situations.I find it hard to believe some stuff I read. Anyone with a computer can write. How do we know if its the truth? How do we know they've "been there/done that"?It's just hard to figure out what to really take in and what to leave behind.

Most of the time I just see T.V. and movies as entertainment so I leave most of right there. Then there are times I stop and think "I need to remember that". I try to find a way to put proper perspective on what I saw...but I don't see myself as smart enough to get my thumb on all the real world is gonna come at me with. I just hope I survive.
