No, he does care very much what some people think. Just not what gun owners think. He sees this as a first step getting on the radar for a presidential run in 2016. Let that sink in a second. I tell you what, I'll travel to a swing state and volunteer for the opposition if it looks like he has any chance at all to win... which I doubt. I think this pretty much put the nail in the coffin for him in the national sense, so not all bad has resulted from the NY ban.

Let just hope we can get it overturned so its referred to as a "disastrous attempt" in the near future.

Well if nothing else, it'll give his people an idea of the feelings and thoughts of others across the country and they'll have to face that if they do decide to run for President in the future.

I'm not overly worried about Cuomo running for president. He'd be curb stomped by Hillary Clinton, who I'm sure intends to run. Now THAT's a dude to be reckoned with.
