Letting go of a gun

I happen to love my Sig 556 Classic, but hey, if you don't like yours, then sell it or trade it. That's what I do with guns I bought that didn't float my boat.

While I don't enjoy the gun, I wouldn't say I dislike it. It is sentimental though, being my first scary black rifle.

I'll just hold on to it, I mean who knows what's to come legislation wise.

I don't agree with those who say "Never sell a gun, ever".

Hindsight may sometimes haunt you but you get over it.
However, selling a family heirloom or something special to you should not happen and should always have a place in your safe and collectibles are also special but everything else is steel, plastic and wood. Easily replaceable.

Some people have a finite income.
Some people have limited storage space.
Some people just like to try different things until one just feels right.

I have a number of them that I think will be trade fodder. When I bought them I thought I would really like them but haven't even taken time to give them a range outing.
As others have said, I have no emotional attachment to them.
