I need to do a shout out to Leupolds CS Dept. Was having problems with a 25yo Veri X III 2.5x8 It would go blurry in cold weather, like on a deer stand. The outer lenses were clean and dry. Summer trips to the range it was fine, but not as clear and bright as my other scopes. Sent it back to Leupold with a note mid December. Just received it back with a COMPLETE rebuild. Disassembled, inspected, cleaned, o rings replaced, elevation and windage erectors rebuilt/replaced, erector spring replaced, purged and sealed. Scope is clear and bright.
NO CHARGE!!

One month turnaround at Christmas, can't complain about that I guess.

I've returned two Deltapoint Pros to them over the last few months. They got new ones out to me each time within a few weeks.
 
I wish American airlines had service like this. Lost our bags 1 month ago, still haven't found them or reimbursed us.
 
Leupold is awesome. I had a pair of Cascades that were all worn out. I asked Leupold if I could send them in to get repaired. They replaced with a brand new pair. I also lost the turret caps for my Mark 2. They sent me new caps free of charge. Great company and they have my loyalty. I know that if something happens, they'll make it right.
