Living in the panhandle sucks

[slaps head] When you said "panhandle", I assumed you meant the NORTHERN panhandle, not the eastern one. I suppose I should've read your first sentence.

Even so...I believe WVa has reciprocity with Va., too. Maryland sucks, though. I do occasionally travel to Va. from Pittsburgh and it is annoying/insulting/demeaning to have to stop off, unload the handgun, lock it in the trunk before entering that state.

There are two, actually.

Put your hand up, fingers in. Put up your middle finger. Now your thumb. State map.

thats even better than michigun's.

Huh? You have Tannermans, Sheps, and BG Outfitters in Martinsburg, Valley Guns in Inwood (ok I'll admit they're pricey), anther pawn shop in Ranson (name escapes me), at least two shops in Charles Town, and of course yours truly in Inwood who does transfers for five bucks if you order online.

That said, I do think it's absurd that we can transfer a long gun to a non-resident, but not a handgun.
As far as I know, there are no longer any gun shops in Charles Town.
