LNL Powder Measure Not Consistent

There is a Teflon or Moly spray paint that I use on my lawnmower deck and tractor bucket. It is super slick and very little will stick to,even wet snow. that would be something else to try on the bottom of the mesure(maybe even the baffle and bottom inch of the plastic hopper tube).It should end any static cling also.
