If my new Bayou Bullets come today, I will have some time to reload...looking for some ideas!

I have 4 powders to choose from:

Titegroup
Universal Clays
HS-6
Alliant Bullseye

Which powder and what amount might you recommend to start with the 9mm green (Moly coated) Bayou 147 gr bullets?

I am loading specifically for my 4" barrel CZ-USA P07 9mm Duty gun. This one...

Thanks.

Of those four powders, I would start with HS6, then try Universal. You are loading a heavy bullet for that cartridge, so COL will be very important.
Consider any COL below to be the minimum COL.
