Load data & powder choice help for 9MM MBC FP Lead Bullet

I have 2,000 Missouri Bullet Company bullets. The box says ".356 147gr 9mm FP Brinell 15 - Optimized for subsonic work - cast lead flat point". I got them in a trade, and have never used them before. The company (MBC) won't help, and I can't find load data for the components I have. Any help is appreciated.

I have 4 powders to choose from:

Titegroup
Universal Clays
HS-6
Alliant Bullseye

Which powder and what amount might you recommend to start with these cast bullets?

I am loading specifically for my 4" barrel CZ-USA P07 9mm Duty gun. This one...

Universal or HS-6. Follow your load book data.

I like 4.8gr HS6 at 1.08 with my XD. Accurate, clean and soft shooting. Lee and Lyman have good data for that bullet.

Best use I've found for HS-6 is loading 147gr 9mm.
