I'm looking for the powder charge for a 255 grn LSWC using Hodgdon 110 powder. I'm using Starline brass and CCI small rifle magnum primers. Can't find the powder charge for this bullet in the tables. Anyone?

Usually, if there is no data for a bullet/powder combination there's a good reason. I'm betting the bullet can't stand the pressures developed in the 454 Casull especially using H110/W296.
IF you want to try anyway use a gas checked bullet and use the starting charge for a jacketed bullet of the same weight minus 10% as a starting charge. (just my opinion though)

Reading on the subject in length, you are right about the bullet not standing the pressures. I've located the "mag" bullets on the internet thru Hornady-I'll use those.
