loading stand for BP pistol

I saw a picture somewhere of some sort of stand that a person uses when loading his BP kentucky pistol. Basically it made the pistol stand barrel up and easier to load without allowing scratches etc. Seems to me it would be perfect to sit on the tail gate of my truck when my son and I are out plinking with our pistols. Anyone know what these are called and/or are they hand made or buyable?

I have one and use it regularly both in maintaining and loading my BP revolvers. I have not used it with any of my single shot BP pistols; I'm not sure it would work with them.

It's very easy to make your own. There are pictures of them all over the web, in forums, muzzleloading stores and even on Ebay. You can make them with wood scraps and a couple screws. Personally, I like them to hold the gun vertically.

There's a guy on Ebay that sells them also, if you want to buy one. His weren't fancy but they did look well built and weren't pricey.
